Easier said than done, my dear loz!
Sometimes, I think so much, then I spend a good hour trying to STOP thinking.. then I think about how I'm failing, then just continue thinking again..
It's a vicious cycle.

i think if i had a lobotomy i would sleep easier. but then theres the drooling and general lack of brain activity. im used to the second one but drooling...ew. On the plus side, if they took out a chunk of my brain i could sell it to slurpee for megabux biggrin.gif BRRRRAAAAIIIIINNNNZZZZ!

i don't know how u could discipline urself into not thinking tho. not sure what u mean by that exactly, lozinabox. and how do u practice not thinking? as usual im confused. doesn't practice involve conscious thought? i would think that practicing not thinking would ruin the whole point. maybe im going about it all wrong...

the non thinking practise bit- every time there is a thought.. you just think 'no keep empty keep empty' until you just imagine what your mind looks like without thought.

I find that its A LOT easier to fall asleep if I'm on the phone, or if theres another person with me.

Is that odd?
