Registration Obligations

When registering at ISFAT you agree to provide true, accurate, complete and current information about yourself in the fields that you are prompted with in the registration form and in your control panel. If any information changes, it is crucial that you maintain and update the information to keep it true, accurate, complete and current. If you provide any information that is false, incomplete or not up to date, or ISFAT has reason to believe that such information is false, incomplete or not up to date then ISFAT has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the site.

User Conduct

As a user, you agree not to reproduce, republish, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service granted to you on ISFAT. By registering at ISFAT, you also agree to follow our forum guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to: no negative behavior towards other members; no uploading or linking to pornography, adult content or other illegal media; and no advertising in posts.

Modifications & Termination

ISFAT reserves the right to at any time modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the freely granted service of the website and its policy (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that ISFAT shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

We maintain the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you have been or are involved in mis-conduct or have violated your registration agreements. ISFAT staff also has the right to at any time and for any reason: warn you, place you on moderator queue and remove your posting rights. ISFAT may modify or terminate your user account or any content that belongs to a member at its sole discretion, without any notice and for any reason ISFAT sees fit. For example, this includes, but is not limited to, reducing the size of a member's signature if it is considerably large and therefore taking up a lot of topic space.

Images such as, but not limited to: emoticons; member avatars; personal member photos; and images belonging to the default Invision Power Board skin are the property of their respective owners or skin creators. ISFAT does not claim copyright ownership of the forum skin(s) available for use on this site, including the respective graphics and icons included in such skins. Images found on ISFAT, such as member photos, avatars, or images included in posts that may be copyrighted by third parties are believed to be covered under the fair use doctrine. We do not claim ownership over said images.

Submissions
Content posted or uploaded by a user remains the sole property of the individual. In contributing posts and information to the ISFAT forum, members grant ISFAT the non-exclusive and royalty-free liscence to publish, adapt, modify and reproduce the content for the cause of displaying and promoting the site.

Violations
Members who infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of ISFAT or other third parties may be suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of the ISFAT staff.

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please contact an administrator.

Idemnity & Contests

You agree to indemnify and render ISFAT and its affiliates, members or staff, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney fees, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of the website, your connection to the website, your reactions from the website, your violation of the terms of your service, or your violation of any rights of another.

ISFAT may, from time to time, hold various contests in which the active community may partake in. With such contests, ISFAT's staff members maintain the right to delay or halt a contest at any time for any reason. ISFAT may refuse entry or disqualify participants at any time and for any reason - even after the contest has ended, if we see fit. In the case of referral contests, referrals are logged and you will be disqualified and possibly banned or suspended if found to be referring fake members (example: creating new accounts). Regarding prizes, please be patient with delivery times - and remember, it's a freebie - don't complain.
